We are very responsive to questions and requests. Emails and phone calls are responded to very quickly. We are clear and concise, set reasonable expectations, and are always honest with you about your results. Dr. Mandel gives all of his patients his personal cell phone number should they need him after hours. Our commitment to you starts from our very first contact and lasts long after your series of infusions is complete. We believe it’s vital your treatment with us be part of a bigger plan, which is why we have extensive resources and information dedicated to aftercare, including the continued monitoring of your condition long after you complete your series. We support you any way we can by responding to you in a timely manner, following up via phone and email, making referrals for needs outside of our scope of practice, and much more.
- Lifestyle – We offer best practices for an overall healthy lifestyle to all of our patients. We’ll send you a detailed list after you complete your initial series and then regularly check in with you via phone and email to ensure your great results are being maintained.
- Advanced Tracking – We use a state-of-the-art text-messaging service to score your daily mood and/or pain score, making it fast and easy for you to keep us informed so we can support you. Using this same convenient service, we also text a more extensive depression and/or pain assessment for you to complete bi-weekly. Not only do we closely monitor your progress, but you and your other providers can easily login online and view your results. All data is transmitted and stored securely via encrypted, HIPAA compliant servers.
- Maintenance Infusions/Boosters – Most patients benefit from Booster Infusions on an as-needed basis following their series. This usually consists of two infusions done 1-2 days apart and often significantly extends their initial benefit. When and how often patients come back for boosters varies widely. On average, patients get two boosters every 3 months. We’ve seen patients who needed them monthly and others who have gone 2+ years before returning.
